Our Process and Why It Works So Well

At MindBodyFit we know that things don't just change with a snap of a finger.  If you want results you need to commit to a plan, you need to want it enough to actually show up and do something different then you've been doing.  

Here's how we do things

First, we help you clarify your goal.  It's one thing to say I want to lose weight, and it's another thing to say I want to be able to do 10 push ups, I want to be able to run for 15 min straight, and I want to be able to bend over and touch my toes without any pain.  We'll sit down and work with you to create a set of goals that fit your level.  We want to make sure your goals are  realistic and achievable so you can feel confident getting started and eager to see progress.

Second, based on your level and abilities so far, we'll create a custom plan that is designed to get you moving towards your specific goals.  We have a wide knowledge base and we'll pick out specific exercises and plans that are the next logical steps in order to help you build a body that's functional and ready to move.

Third, we will show up everyday to help you stick to your plan.  It's one thing to know what to do, but it's another thing to actually do it.  We know it can be tough when there are so many moving pieces.  We'll make sure your doing the exercises right and building the right movement patters.  We'll track your progress and make sure we're changing the variables at the right times to make sure your not plateauing or pushing forward too fast.  Most importantly we'll be there to believe in you and support you through the ups and downs of any journey.
